Covid-19 Precautions Taken:

At the law office of Zubiate Beauchamp, PC, we take the current pandemic seriously for the safety of our clients, attorneys and staff.

In order to best serve our clients, we have implemented the following precautionary health and safety measures:

  • All staff, clients and visitors are required to wear a face covering until further notice. If any person does not have a mask, we will gladly provide one.  We also offer gloves upon request, and we have hand sanitizing stations throughout the office.
  • When scheduling appointments, we are offering our clients in-person meetings, telephonic meetings, or videoconferencing via Zoom and/or Facetime.
  • For in-person appointments, our staff utilize health and safety screening questions, including asking clients if they have been out of the state or country in the last 14 days or whether they have been in contact with anyone with Covid-19 or whether they are experiencing any symptoms related to Covid-19.  If clients have come into contact with anyone with Covid-19 or experiencing symptoms, our staff will schedule a videoconference and our attorneys work remotely until after the specified isolation period when it is safe for clients to come into the office to sign paperwork.
  • We are also currently staggering appointments in 30-minute intervals to avoid more than 2-4 people in our lobby area at any given time.  Upon arrival, clients are directed to one of our 2 spacious conference rooms.  Any conference room used is thoroughly sanitized after each meeting as well as each contact point and each conference room is aired out after cleaning for at least 30 minutes.
  • There is hand sanitizer available in each conference room so clients and staff can sanitize their hands after signing and handling documents.  Our notaries can offer one-time use thumbprint strips to avoid multiple persons touching the inkless thumbpad.  Finally, we offer brand new pens to each client to utilize during signing meetings.

All of these precautions will continue to be taken for the foreseeable future and, of course, in compliance with all Federal, State, County and Local health ordinances.
